Our Vision: To deliver the right care at the right time in the right place

The Oregon Stroke Network is a group of professionals that care for stroke patients in many practice settings across the state. We are committed to bringing together the resources to build a coordinated system of care delivery for our stroke patients and their families. We have been formed around this vision since 2006. Each year we grow in number and have been working to get connected in this care delivery effort. Each of us have individual strengths and expertise that together can make a difference, not only survival but quality of life for stroke patients. Please consider joining us in the effort to protect people from the effects of cerebrovascular disease.
